CHWYLA can collect information when you attend open homes, we will for personal information such as a proof of identification, phone number, and email address.
Purpose of why we collect, use and store your personal information
If you enquire about a property that we have available for rent or sale or you attend an open for inspection, we may hold and use your personal information
- For security purposes, we need to keep record of who has attended open inspections.
- To keep you updated throughout a sales campaign.
- To send you Section 32’s and any other information you request.
- To provide you with useful information which may be of interest to you.
We also may use your information to inform you of other properties we believe may be of interest to you and send you marketing material from our agency. At any stage you wish to no longer receive any form of contact you can let us know and we can remove you.

How do we store your information?
Personal information received by a CHWYLA representative is stored on our data base. These facilities are accessible in our office and of site.
